Template not applied when adding recording without note

Hey! First off, I love the app, thanks for the great work!

I’m on Android and love to use the app for quickly saving recordings into Obsidian. But I noticed an issue when trying to add a recording (or any file) to a route without any text (both through the app itself or through the recording widget) where the template I selected does not get applied.

So for example here the template does not get applied:
