Speech to Text API

Hello! Eleven Labs’ STT is the best on the market, hands down.

Could you add support for Eleven Labs STT API in Quick Draft, and give the user the possibility to bring their own API key?

Long-pressing the microphone button could switch it between recording or transcribing (STT). So anyone with an API key could get premium STT for super cheap.

This would be an awesome feature!!! (STT coming with gboard is really poor and makes so many mistakes).
