You can save attachments to a separate folder, such as 110-Attachments, by creating a Folder Destination for that folder and assigning it to Settings → Preferences → Default Route for files.
Your note can continue using a different Route, while attached files are saved to the files Route.
You can also override this per Route using Custom Files location if you want different Routes to save attachments in different folders.
